ALBANY ACCOMMODATION FOR DUMMIES

A concealed gem of a function for us who were hikers and runners was the Albany County Rail Trail. One had to operate a tiny bit to get to it but it was gorgeous mainly because it went over the Norman Kills. Recommend it. Nice which the lodge had a fitness center as well as a pool.
